Training Course: Complaint investigation skills

If you are a manager, team leader, complaints officer or any other member of staff involved in the investigation of complaints then this may be the training course for you.  The course, open to all sectors, aims to develop your awareness of what makes the experience of complaining a good one or a bad one and explores the investigation process from initial receipt to conclusion.
