This section of the site will expand as we add best practice examples from within Scotland and throughout the world.

New South Wales Ombudsman The NSWO site contains a wealth of information and support for complaints handling and investigating complaints.

Public Ombudsman for Wales is currently consulting on a new standard complaints handling process for all public services in Wales. The site also includes their guidance for both good administration and redress.

The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman also provides guidance on complaints handling, good administration and redress.  View the guidance here.
