Turning complaints into improvements at Angus Council

We were pleased to see some positive press coverage earlier this week about Angus Council using complaints to drive change in their local area, as they produce their first annual report after adopting the new model complaints handling procedure.

We’d love to hear from other authorities who are reporting on their use of the complaints handling procedure and what impact it is having on service delivery.  If you are registered on the Valuing Complaints Forum, why not share your experiences there?
