We will shortly update this section of the website with information on best practice in complaints handling from both across Scotland and internationally.
Here we will aim to provide a collection of useful links to sources of best practice in complaints handling. This includes relevant reports, surveys, research, current legislation, links to relevant organisations, conferences and training opportunities. The section will be developed further over the coming months but please feel free to suggest any relevant links or documents which you feel would be worth sharing with colleagues.
